Luxor Marbella
Luxor Marbella is a property services and project management company based in Marbella: it looks after, renovates and prepares for rental the homes of owners who don’t live here all year round.
The key you don’t have to go looking for
We look after homes in and around Marbella for owners who don’t live here all year round. We hold the keys, let you know before we go in, and leave the house as if you were arriving tomorrow.
We work across four lines – rental services, project management, renovations and maintenance – coordinated through a single point of contact. After every visit you receive a report covering what was done, the materials used and what is still outstanding.
What we do
You can choose a single service or combine several. If you combine them, we coordinate the visits between ourselves.
