Your project, managed from start to finish
Renovation and building project management in Marbella
We plan, coordinate and supervise your home project from start to finish, even when you’re not in Marbella. You deal with just one person.
What’s included
We manage your Marbella home project from start to finish: plan, budget, trades and deadlines, with one person accountable for everything.
-
Planning and budget
Before we start, we agree with you what will be done, in what order and how long it will take, and give you a fixed-price quote.
-
Coordinating trades and suppliers
We schedule every trade and every materials order so the work moves forward without downtime.
-
Site supervision
We supervise the work in person and send you photo reports on progress and on what is still outstanding, wherever you are.
-
Quality control and handover
We check every finish before signing it off and hand the property back to you clean and ready to use or rent out.
One person in charge
A project brings together many trades and suppliers. We coordinate them, and you deal with one person who is accountable for the whole project.
For owners who aren’t in Marbella
We keep you up to date with reports and photos, and only ask you about what really needs your decision. The work itself can be carried out by our own renovation team and, once it’s finished, we can also take care of maintenance or rental services.
Frequently asked questions
What does project management for a renovation involve?
It means running the project from start to finish: planning it, budgeting it, coordinating the trades and suppliers, supervising the work and handing it over finished.
Do I need to be in Marbella during the works?
No. We supervise the work for you and send you photo reports on how it’s progressing.
Can I hire you just for project management?
Yes. You can book it on its own or combine it with our renovation, maintenance and rental services.
Other services
You can choose a single service or combine several. If you combine them, we coordinate the visits between ourselves.
