Preventive and reactive maintenance, including the pool and outdoor areas. We check over the property, deal with every fault, and put out and put away the outdoor furniture.

Home cleaning and laundry, so the house, bed linen and towels are ready when you arrive.

Key holding and inspections
We hold and hand over the keys, and inspect the property regularly while it’s closed up.

Utilities and services
We arrange the utilities, alarm, insurance, phone and internet, and domestic help on your behalf.

Administration
We handle the property’s tax payments and represent you at owners’ community meetings.
For owners who don’t live here all year round
We hold the keys, let you know before we go in, and leave the house as if you were arriving tomorrow.
And if you rent it out while you’re away, we can also take care of rental services.
A report after every visit
After every visit you receive a report covering what was done, the materials used and what is still outstanding.
If we spot something during a visit that should be repaired or updated, we quote for it before touching anything and carry out the work through our renovation service.
